Donna: Further information about adding tickets to RT. The upgrade queue is set up so that anyone who is already authorized can create tickets. We would need names for those who need to be added. UF: How long is the history for jobs kept? Mary Ann: History file like you have now just within your client is kept until you delete it. History based on the batch log is kept until the job ages out of the batch log, which I think is around 30 days. Donna: Just heard from Ellen that the number of days saved on your PC is set in alephcom.ini Donna: Server is kept for 28 days UF: Will the new 'LOST' billing features disrupt the workflow UF is working on now for LOST billing? Donna: I'll pass the second question on to Wendy to answer directly with you. Wendy: UF's Lost billing feature: I don't think this will cause any disruption, if anything, it should make the table changes easier to make on our side because we don't have to "rig" it. However, Jennifer has been working on this project, so I'll ask her to respond to you directly about this. UF: Do we still need to set an arbitrary future 'end' date for subscriptions? Donna: Yes, that need for an end date is still present Shari johnson: Is the generic vendor loader a viable alternative for GenLoad for GovDocs? Donna: WF - We would have to work with you to see if the new loader better accommodates your needs for loading gov docs. UF: would file-90 enable staff to load a file for mixed vendors, so that it would pick up the vendor code from the 9XX fields in the load? instead of a default as is assigned by file-96 right now? Donna: UF - No, the new generic loader does not allow for mixed vendors UF: will you send us a copy of this chat record? Donna: I'll check to see if there is a log I can grab.
